Looking for competent volunteers to support Outreach Leader (Gold Coast) and National Volunteer Manager with shift schedules, on-boarding of new volunteers and assisting in organising training events.
Duties include Reviewing shift schedules, identifying and resourcing gaps; Providing feedback to National Volunteer Manager; Assigning new volunteers to their first 6 outreach shifts; Completing on-boarding tasks; Administrative tasks; Communicating updates and changes to Team Leaders; Sending, receiving and dissemination of evaluation reports for new volunteers; Attending Outreach shifts on an ad hoc basis. A great way for volunteers to connect with people who care about others.
