4 Voices are looking for Team Leaders to support our small outreach teams on the Gold Coast. Team leaders need to engage with the coach and manage both volunteer and outreach staff shift activities.
We are looking for compassionate, committed and empathetic volunteers to connect with people who are digitally (and socially) isolated. Team Leaders need to commit to a regular shift as consistency is important to the vulnerable people we help. Our Outreach service will operate from an off-grid van at various northern GC locations. Our van is equipped with laptops, a printer/copier/scanner, TV and Wi-Fi. You will need to demonstrate a connection with the cause with good interpersonal skills.
The Outreach service will operate at multiple locations on the Gold Coast from mid April.
