Pilates Tutor – 2 classes per week of 1hour duration over 2 semesters per year. Held at U3A Margaret Street Hall Southport. Double COVID 19 vaccination mandatory.
U3A Southport offers over 60 courses to our members who are aged 50+. Pilates is all about movement which helps in many areas of our physical and mental health, which is especially important to our older members. We require a tutor who is willing to pass on their knowledge and expertise to help members learn a new skill and improve fitness. The tutor should preferably have some experience in teaching Pilates and enjoy working with an older cohort. Days/times flexible.
