The role

Work within a small team of environmentally focused individuals in a flexible and supportive space providing general office administration duties.
Process mail; assist with enquiries; maintain databases and volunteer whiteboard information; order office equipment; assist in recording and reconciliation of petty cash; assist with curbside signage messaging updates; and assist in a supporting role for scheduled events throughout the year. Knowledge of Sharepoint an advantage but not necessary.

Need to know

Computer literacy in Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel. VGC recruits for this role.
