RMDH Charities SEQ support families with children who are ill or injured. We are seeking dedicated volunteers for our Family Rooms at the GC University Hospital in Southport. Weekday/weekend shifts.

The role

We value and promote an inclusive workplace: In our programs, everyone regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship or any other aspect that makes them unique can contribute to improving health/wellbeing of children and their families. All suitable candidates can apply incl first nations Australians. Families with an ill or injured child can take a break from the clinical environment in our Family Rooms.

Need to know

Volunteers welcome visitors, sign them in, maintain the sleeping rooms and offer a friendly smile.
