The Social Connections Program needs volunteers to combat loneliness & boost the well-being of older adults & participants living with a disability.
Support participants in social activities & outings, act as a friendly liaison, encourage interaction, & assist with bus navigation when needed. Qualities: Excellent communication, empathy, patience, positive attitude & passion for creating inclusive experiences.
Time commitment
Weekly activity day can be Monday to Friday, 8 am - 4 pm.
Special Requirements
DHS Aged Care Sector & NDIS Worker Check.
South Australian Drivers’s Licence
