The role

This role leads mums’ or dads’ support groups, creating a safe space for connection and growth. Volunteers facilitate social engagement while guiding activities that promote emotional regulation, self-care, and practical skill-building. By encouraging participation and fostering trust, you help parents share experiences, learn strategies, and build resilience. Your leadership empowers families and strengthens community support networks.
