As an Outreach Leader will have the opportunity to manage the delivery of outreach shifts to ensure they operate as scheduled in all GC location. Remote role - motivate and lead outreach shift teams.
You will collaborate with National Volunteer Manager and will be responsible for coaching and motivating the volunteers including Team Leaders, General Volunteers, Safety/Compliance Facilitation and the Outreach Administration Support Assistant.
You will provide support and social, digital, community and employment connections to those who may be or who are at risk of experiencing Social Isolation, Family and Domestic Violence and Homelessness. We work over various Gold Coast locations.
This role has full administrative support allowing the Leader to focus on leading outreach team.
