The Secretary is the chief administration officer for VRDA and is responsible for the administrative management. The volunteer will help existing team members in this role.
Duties include: Ensuring meetings are organised, conducted and recorded to legal requirements and minutes distributed to members. Maintaining club administration records, legal documents and assisting in the implementation and communication of the organisation’s policies and procedures. Collecting mail, ensuring all mail is read, replied, distributed to interested parties and file all correspondence as required.
Training with current secretary. This can be a predominantly work from home position.
