The Ambassador Team is a community of dedicated volunteers with a passion for art, the Gold Coast and building meaningful connections with our visitors across the HOTA Cultural Precinct.
HOTA’s Ambassadors are the welcomes, the way finders and the connectors of our community.
They share stories, lend a listening ear and take the initiative to assist our visitors in anyway possible.
Our Ambassadors have an immense wealth of knowledge and skills that they bring to the role and deliver incredible personalised experiences that are uniquely their own.
Ambassadors work across precinct, delivering exceptional customer service the HOTA Gallery and during our Events.
The onboarding process with include an open day, orientation, training and buddy shifts for support.
